Job Description

Schedule:
This role includes weekday evenings and weekend mornings. KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer. We're seeking a General Manager to lead presale efforts to build a core membership base and once open, foster a culture of learning and development for both the coaches and the families that attend the program. The General Manager is an outgoing, goal oriented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on defining goals, training and developing their team, and delivering exceptional experiences for students, families, and staff. As a leader at the first location of a planned multi-territory expansion, you will play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the success of the business. In addition to a competitive base salary, your compensation will be directly aligned with the club's success, giving you the opportunity to share in the value you help create. As additional locations open there will be opportunities to take on expanded leadership responsibilities. Applicants should have a passion for working with children, prior management experience, experience in membership-based sales, and an outgoing personality to engage with families and create an exciting culture. This role requires someone who is interested in center operations, driving sales and being a leader in staff development, curriculum delivery, and customer service. Previous experience in athletics, coaching, and working with children is a plus. This full-time role requires flexibility (including evenings and weekends.) The General Manager will supervise all staff and work closely with the Owner and the Franchisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth & Business Performance Create monthly KPIs, execute membership sales strategies, and follow-up on leads to drive membership and revenue growth Analyze conversion rates, retention, and revenues to optimize performance Develop and implement business to business relationships, social media posts, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within the community Lead & Develop a KidsUnited Team Recruit and coach a team of highly motivated and energized staff. This includes sales associates and coaches. Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. Quality control to optimize the class experience. Foster the culture of service, excellence, and enthusiasm of the KidsUnited brand Deliver Great Customer Experiences Be the face of your club
  • All staff and families should see you as a leader who fosters the KidsUnited culture in everything they do.
Be very friendly and highly engaging. Ensure every class is held to the highest standard with coaches and staff performing beyond expectations, creating an energetic and engaging experience Address parent concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve the customer journey. Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard. Build and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere in the facility for all Operational Excellence & Execution Perform and oversee daily tasks to ensure club efficiency and growth Compliance with all KidsUnited processes and standards Manage staff schedules

Preferred Experience:
Coaching or early childhood education
  • Experience working with kids in a coaching or teaching setting is highly valued, especially with ages 1.5-9 years old Soccer background
  • Any personal or professional experience with soccer is a plus
Pay:
$45,000.00
  • $65,000.
