To Enhance the Human Spirit Our Core Values Serve with Heart Serve with Purpose Serve with Courage Have Fun While Serving Position Summary The Life Enrichment / Programming Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing engaging social, recreational, educational, spiritual, and therapeutic programming for residents within the community. This leadership role creates meaningful opportunities that support resident independence, purpose, social connection, and overall wellbeing while helping foster a positive and vibrant community culture. The Programming Director also collaborates with community leadership to support resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, and community outreach initiatives through innovative and engaging programming. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, energetic, compassionate, and passionate about serving seniors.
