We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic candidate to join our team! The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the permanent, outdoor skating ribbon located inside the park. This facility will host roller skating to the public in the spring/summer months and ice skating in the winter months. We are looking for a professional with demonstrated management skills that has a passion for hospitality and guest services. Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of an outdoor, public skating venue.
• General office duties, including scheduling, bank reconciliation, and reporting.
• Recruit, hire, and train local staff.
• Manage daily upkeep of facilities.
• Daily operation and management of the POS and online ticketing/waiver system.
• Follow company policies and procedures in the areas of customer service, staff management, and reporting.
• Report directly to Project Manager.
• Assist Project Manager with the transition between roller and ice skating venue.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by Project Manager. Qualifications, Education and Experience
• Prior management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation/Event/Hospitality Management preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Creative problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, and lift on a daily basis.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must have or be able to obtain a CPR certification.
• Available to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
