Key Responsibilities Front Desk Leadership Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop Front Desk team members Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage Lead team meetings, training, and performance reviews Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service Work regular Front Desk shifts and provide hands-on leadership Studio Operations Oversee the daily operation of the studio and ensure all locations are running efficiently Manage opening/closing procedures and daily operational standards Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure studios remain clean, organized, and fully operational Identify and solve operational challenges proactively Member Experience Help deliver an exceptional member experience every day Manage member communications and resolve operational concerns Build strong relationships with members to support retention and community engagement Partner with leadership to continually improve the member experience Administration & Events Manage studio supplies, retail inventory, and operational systems Support studio events, challenges, and community initiatives Assist with event execution and social media content capture Help implement new operational systems and processes as Prime continues to grow
