Full-Time About the Role F45 Training is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Las Vegas studios. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves fitness, thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the studio—from coaching and member experience to sales, staff management, community engagement, and daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Fitness Teach a minimum number of 20 F45 classes each week while maintaining an exceptional member experience. Lead high-energy, safe, and engaging workouts. Build relationships with members and create a welcoming studio environment. Help motivate and retain members through strong coaching and personal connection. Studio Operations Oversee the daily operations of the studio. Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating according to F45 standards. Manage schedules, staffing, coverage, and day-to-day studio needs. Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained properly. Help implement and maintain F45 policies, procedures, and brand standards. Sales & Membership Growth Take ownership of membership sales and studio revenue goals. Follow up with leads and prospective members. Conduct studio tours and help convert trials into memberships. Build strong relationships with current members to improve retention. Track studio performance and work toward monthly goals. Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and manage coaches and front-desk/studio staff. Create a positive and accountable team culture. Hold staff accountable to performance and operational standards. Communicate effectively with the ownership/management team. Help develop coaches and staff professionally. Marketing & Community Help create and execute local marketing initiatives. Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Promote studio events, challenges, and special campaigns. Represent F45 positively within the Las Vegas community. Help grow the studio's local presence and member base. What We're Looking For Previous management, fitness, sales, or customer-service leadership experience preferred. F45 coaching experience is strongly preferred. Fitness certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Comfortable selling memberships and following up with leads. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Positive, energetic, and personable. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Passionate about fitness and creating an exceptional member experience. Someone who leads by example and is willing to be hands-on.
