The Opportunity You'll begin by leading our Lancaster/Depew studio, coaching members, managing day-to-day operations, and learning every aspect of the Formula 3 business. As we continue expanding, our goal is to offer the right leaders the opportunity to transition into owning and operating their own Formula 3 location using our complete business system. Everything is already built for you: Workout programming Marketing Sales systems Operations Technology Member management Business support You focus on leading people, building relationships, and creating an incredible member experience. What You'll Do Coach & Motivate Lead energetic 45-minute workouts while encouraging members to perform their best. The workouts are already created and displayed throughout the studio. Your role is to coach, motivate, correct form, and create an amazing experience. Build Community Learn every member's name. Celebrate milestones. Create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work out. Grow the Business Meet with new clients after their first workout. Help them choose the membership that's right for them. Generate referrals and help the studio continue to grow. Operate the Studio Maintain a clean, professional facility. Ensure every member has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Take ownership of the studio as if it were your own. Who We're Looking For Someone who...
