Opportunity for fast-track career growth Growing stable business About Our Client Our client is a leading commercial aquatic construction company specializing in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of commercial swimming pools, water parks, aquatic centers, and specialty water features. Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in site-work, excavation, foundations, structural concrete, and commercial construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. Job Description Project Planning & Management Manage commercial pool construction projects from contract award through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate all phases of construction, including excavation, foundations, reinforcing steel, structural concrete, waterproofing, mechanical systems, and pool finishes. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, quality, and schedule. Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Foundation & Structural Oversight Review geotechnical reports, site conditions, and foundation requirements. Oversee excavation, grading, dewatering, pile installation, footings, retaining structures, and concrete operations. Ensure structural work complies with engineering plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Coordinate inspections and testing for soils, concrete, rebar, and other critical construction elements. The Successful Applicant A successful Pool Construction Project Manager should have: Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience in construction. Strong experience with excavation, foundations, structural concrete, and site development. Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents. Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project controls. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software. Preferred Experience in commercial pool, aquatic, water feature, or specialty concrete construction. Knowledge of pool mechanical systems, filtration systems, and aquatic facility design.
