Pay:

$775/week Lead the Energy. Create the Fun. Shape the Student Experience. Spend your summer creating unforgettable moments for international students in Los Angeles. As an Activities Manager , you'll oversee the social side of the student experience, from on-campus events to evening entertainment and team activities. You'll lead a team of activity staff while ensuring students stay engaged, active, and excited throughout their program. If you're highly organized, energetic, and know how to create memorable experiences for teenagers, this role puts you at the center of it all. What You'll Do Manage and supervise Activity Leaders Create staff schedules and assign responsibilities Train staff on activity expectations and student engagement best practices Ensure activities are properly staffed and run smoothly Plan Engaging Programming Create exciting daily and evening activity schedules Organize sports tournaments, games, talent shows, themed nights, and special events Develop activities that appeal to students from diverse cultural backgrounds Keep programming fresh, organized, and fun Manage Logistics Coordinate activity materials and supplies Oversee event setup and breakdown Ensure all activities stay on schedule Track attendance and participation Support Student Experience Build positive relationships with students and group leaders Encourage participation from all students Help maintain a fun, inclusive environment

What We're Looking For Required:

Leadership experience in camps, youth programs, events, recreation, or hospitality Strong organizational skills High energy and creativity Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once

Preferred:
