Overview Join our team at LA Fitness as a Personal Training Sales Professional and turn your passion for fitness into a career that helps others transform their lives. In this role, you will connect with members, conduct fitness consultations, and recommend personalized training programs that support their health and performance goals. As a key part of the club's fitness team, you will drive personal training program sales while creating meaningful relationships with members and helping them stay committed to their fitness journey. This is a dynamic opportunity to develop leadership, sales expertise, and coaching skills within a high-energy gym environment. Responsibilities Conduct fitness consultations and body assessments with members to identify goals, limitations, and training opportunities Promote and sell personal training programs and packages that support member success and long-term retention Educate members on the benefits of structured training, proper exercise techniques, and program consistency Collaborate with personal trainers to match members with the right coach and training plan Maintain strong follow-up communication with members to support motivation, accountability, and results Track consultations, sales activity, and client progress to monitor performance and growth opportunities Assist in creating a welcoming and motivating gym environment that encourages member engagement Support club promotions, events, and fitness initiatives to drive awareness of personal training services Qualifications Passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in fitness sales, personal training, coaching, or customer service preferred Basic understanding of exercise science, training principles, and program design Ability to thrive in a fast-paced health club environment Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for sales Personal training certification or fitness-related education is a plus but not required Why Join LA Fitness Opportunity to grow within one of the nation's leading health club brands Develop expertise in fitness sales, coaching, and member engagement Work in a supportive, energetic environment focused on health, performance, and community Be part of a team dedicated to helping members train smarter, move better, and live healthier lives while building a rewarding career in the fitness industry.
