Overview We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Club Manager to lead our vibrant nightlife and events venue. Duties Oversee all aspects of club operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly every night. Manage event planning and execution, coordinating with vendors, entertainers, and staff to deliver engaging experiences. Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing coaching to foster a motivated team environment. Handle guest relations by ensuring excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels. Monitor financial aspects such as budgeting, cash handling, and sales reporting to meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid readiness and CPR certification when necessary. Use management software and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports on club performance, staffing needs, and event outcomes. Skills Proven experience in nightclub or event venue management with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication abilities for supervising staff and engaging with guests effectively. Skilled in operations management, including shift management and guest services coordination. Familiarity with budgeting processes, cash handling procedures, and financial reporting. Strong organizational skills with experience in event management and report writing. Technical proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of hospitality standards, customer service excellence, and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR.
