We currently have 4 locations in the Cleveland area. Our Fitness Sales Manager position is arguably the most important position in our company. The sales manager reports to the General Manager is primarily responsible for membership sales, personal training sales, and marketing. The goal for a sales manager is to hire train and develop fitness sales employees on staff, drive membership sales through a combination of inside, outside and digital marketing efforts. We strive to promote a sales manager to be a GM of one of our 4 clubs within 6-12 months based on performance and openings. Fitness Sales Experience required.
