This dynamic role involves overseeing daily pool operations, ensuring guest safety, managing staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Supervise daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, safety checks, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate a team of lifeguards, attendants, and support staff to deliver outstanding guest services Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff performance to ensure smooth operations Enforce safety policies and emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment for all guests Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages Oversee cash handling activities such as ticket sales, concessions, and merchandise transactions with accuracy Prepare reports on daily operations, incident logs, safety inspections, and staffing records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Qualifications Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience with shift management, guest services, and resolving guest concerns efficiently Knowledge of safety protocols related to aquatic environments and emergency response procedures Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed report writing skills Previous pool operations experience preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment Join us this season to lead an exciting team dedicated to creating memorable summer experiences!
