Alpine Pools is a locally owned swimming pool, hot tub, and patio furniture specialty retailer. Our company has been a leader in the market for over 60 years. We are looking to add a full time retail/sales manager. Your primary duties would be running the daily operations of pool and spa store. Assist customers and maintain a positive customer experience Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction Continuously improve through feedback Skills Strong work ethic The desire to learn and develop Basic computer skills required Highly motivated and self driven Excellent communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
