About Us SweatHouz is a fast-growing wellness brand offering cutting-edge recovery in private luxury suites: infrared saunas, cold plunges, and Vitamin C showers. We operate multiple studios across the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey region and are still growing. Northern Liberties is one of our established locations with a loyal, active membership base. The Role We are hiring a Studio Manager to run our Northern Liberties studio. This is an operating studio with real momentum, so you are stepping in to lead an existing team and members, not starting from scratch. We are looking to fill this quickly, so an immediate start is a strong plus. What You'll Do Own membership growth: work leads fast, run strong in-studio consultations, and convert trials and tours into members Manage daily studio operations and deliver a best-in-class guest experience Hire, train, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing front-desk team Drive local growth through community outreach, events, and partnerships with nearby businesses and wellness influencers Own studio cleanliness, supply levels, equipment readiness, and operational standards Hit weekly and monthly KPIs and report results to ownership What We're Looking For 2+ years of management or team leadership experience (required) 1+ year in sales, membership sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or customer service, with a track record of hitting targets Comfort owning a sales number and closing in person Excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy (Google Suite, basic CRM/POS tools) Available to work weekends Why Join SweatHouz Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience Monthly performance bonuses tied to studio results Free SweatHouz membership Flexible PTO and scheduling Real growth path as we open additional studios in the region
