Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and organized Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recreational facility. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming environment, managing staff, and ensuring that all club activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and sports management, with a knack for leadership and customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Lead and manage the club team, including hiring, training, and developing staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee event planning and management, ensuring successful execution of activities such as tournaments, classes, and special events. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs to ensure financial health of the club. Maintain facilities by coordinating repairs, cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations. Implement water safety protocols including
CPR, AED
operation, first aid procedures, and water safety instruction to ensure guest safety at all times. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives by promoting memberships, programs, and events to increase revenue streams. Requirements Proven experience in management or hospitality management within a sports or recreation environment; resort or water park experience is a plus. Strong background in events management and venue operations. Knowledge of water safety instruction, CPR certification, AED operation, and first aid procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster team development. Experience with budget management, cash handling, and operational management. Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate between staff and guests seamlessly. Familiarity with facilities management and operational procedures specific to recreational or resort settings. Pay:
Up to $62,500.00 per year
