Wayne, PA (on-site availability required) STRONG Pilates Wayne is seeking a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, support membership growth, and lead a team of fitness instructors. The ideal candidate has prior experience with fitness membership presales and managing a team of instructors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Community & Member Experience Serve as the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of the studio Greet members by name and help maintain a positive, community-focused environment Keep member profiles updated and ensure excellent customer service Assist with membership sales, retail purchases, and member engagement Studio Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment Oversee studio upkeep between classes Ensure instructors follow studio standards and expectations Administrative & Management Manage daily studio operations and overall workflow Handle walk-ins, phone calls, email inquiries, and member follow-ups Manage and post on studio social media pages (Instagram & Facebook) Support membership conversions, including presale campaigns Assist with basic marketing tasks, including monthly newsletters Use studio software for scheduling, check-ins, sales, cancellations, and reporting Lead, train, motivate, and support a team of fitness instructors Professionally handle questions, concerns, and feedback from members

Qualifications Required:

Experience managing fitness instructors or coaches Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior experience in a client-facing role (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales) Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Customer service oriented Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends General familiarity with the fitness industry Benefits Competitive performance incentives Ongoing training and development opportunities Complimentary studio membership Growth potential within an expanding fitness brand How to
