job summary: Join a Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader. We are seeking a detail-oriented Publication Operations Specialist / Associate Publication Manager to join a high-performing Center of Excellence. In this matrixed environment, you will ensure the seamless execution of global publication workflows and maintain the highest standards of scientific disclosure compliance.

Administration:
Serve as the primary administrator for iEnvision, managing user access, data entry, and workflow tracking.
Workflow Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end publication lifecycle, tracking milestones from concept through journal submission and congress presentation.
Compliance Oversight:
Review records to ensure strict alignment with GPP 2022, ICMJE, and internal SOPs.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the key point of contact for Medical Communication agencies, ensuring vendors adhere to established timelines.
Reporting & Metrics:
Generate monthly KPI reports and dashboards to track publication volume and cycle times.
qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or business-related field. 2-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (Medical Affairs or Medical Communications). Strong familiarity with the scientific publication process (manuscripts, posters, abstracts). Proficiency in publication management software (iEnvision or Datavision).
Preferred:
Advanced degree (Master's). Direct experience in a Global/Matrix environment.
