Some nights and weekends will be required The Education Partnership Manager (EDPM) is a school-facing, coordination-driven role focused on supporting high-quality, compliant, and well-aligned work-based learning (WBL) experiences for students. This position serves as the primary liaison between Tomorrow's Talent and assigned educational institutions, counselors, instructors, and program staff, ensuring seamless program implementation and positive student outcomes. While the primary focus of this role is school engagement, student coordination, meeting contract deliverables, and program execution. This position may support multiple school districts and/or school sites simultaneously. The EDPM also supports limited employer outreach and relationship-building activities as needed to ensure successful program delivery. This may include collaborating with employers to support existing partnerships, filling program gaps, and assisting with outreach efforts in coordination with the Employer Partnerships team. This position requires effective outreach, networking, cold calling, and relationship-building skills to recruit and maintain employer commitments. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are essential to scale employer engagement and ensure measurable outcomes. The role requires both virtual and in-person outreach, including attendance at networking events, industry association meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, Rotary meetings, workforce convenings, and other community-based business engagement activities as necessary to build and sustain employer partnerships. The Education Partnership Manager (EDPM) typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: School Engagement & Coordination (Primary Focus) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school districts and education partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with counselors, instructors, administrators, and program staff. Coordinate program logistics, timelines, participation requirements, and implementation activities with school partners. Support districts in executing work-based learning programs aligned with student needs and program goals. Employer Outreach & Coordination (Secondary Focus) Serve as a secondary point of contact for select employer partners, in coordination with the Employer Partnerships Manager. Support employer outreach efforts as needed to ensure sufficient opportunities for student placement. Assist with outreach, networking, cold calling, and follow-up with employer partners to support program needs. May require both in-person and virtual outreach. Help maintain employer engagement related to student placements, events, or classroom activities. Project and Contract Management Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of partnership projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination. Manage contracts related to education partnerships, internship placements, and work-based learning funded programs, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deliverables. May supervise staff and/or consultants assigned to support the contract deliverables. Student Opportunity Alignment Collaborate with counselors, instructors, and internal teams to match students with appropriate WBL opportunities based on skills, interests, and readiness. Ensure students are prepared for workplace experiences through orientations, readiness activities, and coordination with internal teams. Track student participation, progress, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement. Data, Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate records related to school engagement, student participation, and employer-supported activities. Track program deliverables and participation to support grant and funding requirements. Prepare periodic reports and summaries for internal leadership and external partners as required. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Employer Partnerships Managers and Campus Connection Specialists to align student readiness with employer expectations. Coordinate with internal program managers, case managers, and outreach staff to ensure consistency and quality across programs. Other Duties as Assigned Reliable transportation Five (5) years of experience in education, workforce development, student services, or related fields Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field OR eight (8) years of relevant experience
