As our Club Manager, you'll coach athletes, develop coaches, build relationships with prospective members, sell gym memberships, drive membership growth, and create a positive experience for every athlete who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Meet with prospective athletes and help them start their fitness journey. Build relationships with Krave Athletes and the Sioux Falls community. Lead, motivate, and develop your Coaching Staff. Help grow memberships and achieve monthly sales goals. Create an incredible culture where athletes love showing up.
