Job Description:
Develop and lead engaging wellness programs that enhance physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Inspire residents through fun fitness classes, wellness challenges, and community events. Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center — staffing, safety, scheduling, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of wellness throughout the community. Bring fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to make wellness meaningful and fun! What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus). Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certifications. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
