Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers and fitness staff to deliver outstanding client service and program excellence Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics principles Oversee group fitness classes and coaching sessions, ensuring safety protocols such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and manual handling are strictly followed Manage fitness sales efforts by promoting memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to maximize client engagement Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, coaching, and personalized attention to foster loyalty and motivation Maintain comprehensive knowledge of health club operations, industry trends, nutrition advice, and fitness industry standards to ensure best practices Ensure safety compliance by conducting regular safety checks, managing heavy lifting protocols, liability insurance adherence, and emergency response readiness Skills Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on motivating diverse clientele Deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics for effective program design Certified in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, with current liability insurance coverage Skilled in personal training with the ability to create personalized workout plans that meet individual goals Strong background in fitness sales combined with excellent customer service skills to enhance client retention Experience teaching physical education or group fitness classes with a focus on health club environments Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to fitness coaching and client well-being This role is ideal for energetic professionals passionate about fostering healthy lifestyles through expert coaching and innovative program development.
