As an onsite pool manager, your primary responsibility is to supervise a staff of between 2 and 10 lifeguards while maintaining a safe swimming environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding area. The Pool Manager will report directly to the Supervisor or Regional Manager of the pool as well as the Staffing Department. This is a great position for those interested in advancing their career in the aquatics industry, or who have a passion for customer service.
