The General Manager leads by example, creates a culture of accountability, and is passionate about developing both people and the business. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Drive monthly membership sales and recurring revenue. Lead membership consultations and sales presentations. Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals. Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve studio performance. Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion. Team Leadership Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Flexologists and Sales Associates. Coach team members through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews. Create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and teamwork. Schedule staff to maximize sales opportunities and member experience. Studio Operations Oversee daily studio operations. Maintain scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting. Ensure compliance with StretchLab operating standards and brand expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Member Experience Deliver an exceptional five-star member experience. Build lasting relationships with members. Address member concerns professionally and promptly. Drive member retention through outstanding service and consistent communication. Marketing & Community Outreach Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and referral programs. Support studio social media efforts and local events. Develop partnerships that increase brand awareness and membership growth. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of management experience. Proven success leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses preferred. Comfortable using CRM systems and business management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
