As Studio Manager, you will lead daily studio operations, support and motivate the sales team, drive membership growth, and help create the welcoming, close-knit environment Orangetheory is known for. What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day studio operations Drive membership sales, promotions, and studio performance Coach, train, and support team members Create a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests Handle member questions and concerns professionally Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and organization Review reports, sales data, and KPIs to identify opportunities Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred Sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience preferred Previous Orangetheory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs
