Do you hate handing off your sold jobs to a project manager who eats into your margins? At Round Rock Pool Pros, we believe the person who sells the project should be the one who manages it. We are looking for a hybrid Pool Sales & Project Manager to oversee residential new pool builds AND full-scale pool renovations—from the initial backyard consultation all the way to startup. Because your pay is directly tied to the Gross Profit Margin of the jobs you manage, you have total control over your earning potential. Whether you are designing a brand-new backyard oasis from the dirt up, or breathing new life into an aging pool with fresh plaster, tile, and equipment upgrades, you will own the process. Day Ramp-Up Draw:

We know pool sales cycles take time. We provide a $4,000/month guaranteed safety net for your first 90 days while you build your pipeline.

Cash Flow:

We pay 50% of your commission up front when the contract is signed and the deposit clears, and 50% at final completion. Truck Allowance +

Gas Card:

We pay you a flat $500 per month for your truck, PLUS we give you a company gas card to cover your business fuel.

Warm Leads:

We provide the leads. You go close them.

What You'll Be Doing Sales & Estimating:

Meet with homeowners for on-site consultations to design new pools and evaluate existing pools for comprehensive renovations.

Renovation Diagnostics:

Assess existing pool structures, identify needed upgrades (resurfacing, tile/coping replacement, plumbing/equipment overhauls, decking), and build accurate, highly profitable estimates.

Closing:

Present proposals, overcome objections, and finalize contracts for both new construction and remodels.

Project Management:

Schedule and oversee subcontractors for all phases of construction and renovation (demolition, excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, plaster).

Margin Control:

Protect project margins by controlling job costs, minimizing waste, managing change orders, and holding subs accountable.

Customer Experience:

Provide a 5-star experience through weekly communication with the homeowner from day one to job closure.

What We're Looking For Experience:

2+ years of experience in pool construction, pool renovations, outdoor living, or residential construction project management. You must know how a pool is built and remodeled.

Sales Chops:

Proven ability to close high-ticket in-home sales.

Financial Acumen:

You must understand construction job costing, change orders, and margin protection.

Drive:

You must own a reliable truck capable of traveling to residential job sites (allowance & gas card provided). Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
