Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a SweatHouz Assistant Studio Manager, where your leadership and operational expertise will drive the success of our wellness and fitness studio. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support staff to deliver top-tier services. Duties Assist in managing daily studio operations, including scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth workflow Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence Oversee guest services, ensuring all clients receive personalized attention and a memorable experience Coordinate event management activities such as workshops, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives Maintain operational records, prepare reports on studio performance, and assist with budgeting and inventory control Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure compliance with financial procedures Support health and safety protocols by supervising cleanliness standards and assisting with first aid or CPR emergencies when needed Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality, fitness, or event venue setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and make sound managerial decisions Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, guests, and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and administrative tasks Experience in event management and coordinating community activities or workshops Knowledge of operational management practices including budgeting, cash handling, and resource allocation Background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Technical proficiency relevant to managing studio equipment or fitness technology systems First aid and CPR certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels wellness initiatives while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
