Include:
- Hire, onboard and train new coaches/trainers
- Ensure personal training department hits their weekend revenue goals
- Conduct exceptional new member personal training sessions and create new opportunity for personal training department
- Be the driving force for creating new opportunities with new and existing members
- Promote and sell supplements, personal training and nutrition programs and assist personal training department in sales
