Role Overview:

As a Club Manager at Planet Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PF Walla Walla location. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports members in achieving their fitness goals. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the opportunity to manage staff, ensure member satisfaction, and implement fitness programs that reflect our mission of being judgment-free.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality service to all members. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage budget, including membership sales, revenue, and expenses. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining facility cleanliness. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local outreach initiatives aimed at increasing membership.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Previous experience in a management role within the fitness or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an inclusive environment that promotes community and belonging. Proficient in using fitness management software and technology. Basic financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze reports.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is on-site only at our PF Walla Walla location in Walla Walla, Washington.
