Job Description
Overview The Entertainment Center Manager provides an invaluable service in maintaining a culture that retains employees and produces memorable experiences for our guests. Responsible for the general operation for the Entertainment Center sales, profits, staffing, image, and operation. The Manager will proactively lead the center to ensure the achievement of business goals in revenues, expense, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee morale.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Entertainment Center. Ensure that the workforce can meet current and future business objectives, deliver quality products, and service that meets the guest needs. Cultivates a team environment that promotes exceptional guest service while ensuring Team Members perform at a consistently high level. Maintain staff by selecting, and training Team Members and encouraging development. Maintains a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and staff. Ensure monitoring, repairing and preventative maintenance of all event center attractions and equipment. Maintains a professional appearance and acts as a role model according to the established grooming and appearance policy.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS A
minimum of three years of supervisory leadership experience in the entertainment and/or hospitality industry. Problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of financial reporting, budgets, and forecasting; able to manage labor costs/P&L. Detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must be at least 21 years of age.Pay:
