As the Cub\'s Den Supervisor, you\'ll oversee the daily operation of the playroom, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of every child in your care. This position requires strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a caring, child-focused approach. Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure adequate staffing levels in the Cub\'s Den based on business needs
• Use the reservation system to manage and schedule future reservations
• Maintain knowledge of all cleaning products, materials, and equipment, and ensure safe use at all times
• Enforce Cub\'s Den policies and procedures, including child pick-up codes, food allergies, and medical conditions
• Supervise and ensure safe, appropriate conduct for all attendees and staff
• Follow all opening, closing, and daily safety checklist procedures
• Communicate concerns or incidents to management promptly
• Ensure daily bank deposits are completed and submitted on time
• Oversee proper sign-in and sign-out procedures for all children Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work with children ages 6 months and up
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
