Full Job Description About Us:
We are a fun, high-energy gymnastics and movement gym for kids ages 5-17. We create a positive, active environment where kids can build confidence, make friends, and have fun while moving and playing. We run weekday day camps for kids ages 5-12 and are looking for energetic, responsible people who enjoy spending time with kids and keeping them engaged throughout the day.
What You'll Do:
Help lead and supervise groups of kids ages 5-12 during our weekday day camps Keep kids active and engaged through games, activities, movement, and play Help create a fun, positive, and safe environment for everyone Manage multiple kids at once while keeping the group organized and on track Work closely with other camp instructors to coordinate activities and transitions Participate in activities and be hands-on with the kids throughout the day Help with simple setup, cleanup, and organization Communicate clearly with kids, parents, and other team members Follow our camp procedures and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
You do not need gymnastics experience. We will provide training and show you everything you need to know about our camps and facility. We're looking for someone who: Genuinely enjoys being around kids and likes to play, interact, and have fun with them Has a positive, upbeat attitude and brings good energy to the group Is responsible, dependable, patient, and attentive Is comfortable managing multiple kids at once Is able to move quickly and stay active throughout the day Is physically active and comfortable participating in games and activities Communicates well and works effectively with a team Can take direction and also step in when something needs to get done Is comfortable working with kids ages 5-12 You don't need to be a teacher, coach, or gymnastics expert.
