Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Racquet Front desk team member in addition to a Kids Club Supervisor. The Kids Club Supervisor oversees safe, and enriching activities for children of various ages. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations within the kids' club area, ensuring a fun and secure environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your leadership will foster positive interactions with children and parents alike, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages development and enjoyment. Duties Front Desk Racquet team member assists members and guests in all Racquet club needs Kids Club Supervisor engages children during scheduled activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's day, progress, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Lead behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions among children and staff Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective activity execution Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents using first aid procedures, CPR if necessary, and mandated reporting laws Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong activity planning skills tailored to different developmental stages of children Valid certification in first aid and CPR; ongoing training preferred Excellent child supervision skills combined with the ability to manage behavior effectively Effective communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Classroom or daycare experience along with babysitting or nannying background is advantageous Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Join us as a Racquet Team Member and Kids Club Supervisor where your enthusiasm for nurturing young minds will shine!
