Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day balancing. Oversee opening and closing procedures, including daily system operations. Coordinate smooth shift transitions between supervisors. Assist guests with golf car rentals, storage accounts, payments, and service requests. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Process work orders, parts sales, and department transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office. Promote a positive team environment while providing legendary customer service.
