• Enable club readiness and support leaders and associates through the new club launch. Be the Expert
• Serve as the go-to resource for club processes, systems, and onboarding. Be a Tech Forward Leader
• Champion digital tools and training adoption across the club. Be an Owner
• Own launch task execution, readiness tracking, and issue resolution. Be a Talent Ambassador
