This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment with the unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new location from day one. What You'll Do Lead & Support the Team

• Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service
• Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
• Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
• Run Day-to-Day Operations
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members
• Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect
• Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment Deliver for Members
• Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently
• Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools Improve the Business
• Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
• Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
