Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assists in coordinating activities of ONE Club Representatives and assists in coordinating Club promotions, and other Marketing or Club events.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required.
SKILLS:
Ability to compose departmental and business correspondence, i.e. letters, memorandums, etc. (Test required) Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm. (Test required) Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years experience working with the public utilizing guest service. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience required. Minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience. Minimum of two (2) year computer experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs. Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a gaming industry preferred. Minimum of one (1) year work experience utilizing a data entry or Player Tracking System daily.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
