Job Description

Overview Sauk Prairie Schools Before School Club (BSC) provides childcare for students in grades 4K-5. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our BSC location which is held at Bridges Elementary School for grades 4K-5. In this role, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring that standards of care and safety are met and that participants are engaged and meeting behavior expectations. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage students during all BSC activities, ensuring proper supervision and guidance at all times. Actively address the health, safety, and emotional needs of program participants. Help organize, plan, and lead age appropriate activities. Assist with preparation of materials and supplies needed for daily programming. Maintain an orderly, clean, and positive physical environment conducive to optimal growth and development. Maintain regular, open communication with parents and fellow staff regarding student progress or program issues. Ensure accurate daily attendance records and monitor safety procedures for pick-up/departure of students. Work with the ASC Coordinator to manage and support the ASC teaching assistant staff Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency procedures (fire, tornado, medical) and implement safe practices across all facilities. Attend mandatory in-service workshops and professional development training (e.g., Bloodborne Pathogens, Medication Distribution). Provide medication administration, storage and recording consistent with school district policies and under the direction of the After School Club Coordinator. Qualifications Experience working with elementary-age students and supervising others General understanding of youth development and proper disciplinary actions. Ability to relate positively with people Strong leadership skills and initiative Basic computer skills

$19.00 per hour
