Job Description

Event Staff for Venue
  • Contract 150 Passion Play Road, Eureka Springs, AR 72632 From $15 an hour

  • Part-time We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic workers to join our events team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion customer service, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. The hours are based on scheduled events and are typically Friday and Saturday evenings. We book events a month ahead so you will know your schedule a month in advance. Training will be provided and pay is based on experience. We need general workers and bartending staff. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Run register Maintain cleanliness and organization including washing dishes when needed Setup and Tear-down Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is beneficial. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service regulations. A passion for coffee preparation is a plus, enhancing the beverage offerings available to guests. Pay will be a combination of hourly and tips. Pay is based on experience.
