This energetic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure seamless event execution. As an integral part of our events management team, you will assist in coordinating every detail, from initial planning to the final toast, bringing joy and elegance to each celebration. This paid role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, event planning, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Support lead wedding coordinators in planning and executing all aspects of wedding events, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and guest management Assist with managing event timelines and vendors to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and special requests, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process Use event management software to track client details, vendor contacts, and project milestones Coordinate with catering teams, banquet staff, and technical crews to ensure flawless execution of all event elements Manage guest services on the day of the wedding, addressing any issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere Experience Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industry roles, preferably within weddings or large-scale events Familiarity with event management to streamline planning processes Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of contracts and guest services management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents and passion for events can shine!
