The ideal candidate has a background in music and understands the technical and logistical requirements of live performances. Responsibilities  Coordinate musicians, bands, DJs, and other live entertainment.  Develop music programs, performance schedules, and event timelines.  Coordinate with musicians, venues, and AV/sound production teams.  Understand basic audio, microphone, speaker, mixer, monitor, and stage requirements.  Assist with soundcheck, setup, rehearsals, and event-day coordination.  Troubleshoot basic music/production issues and ensure performances run smoothly. Qualifications  Degree or professional background in Music, Music Production, Music Business, Audio Engineering, or related field.  Experience with live music, events, concerts, or entertainment production.  Working knowledge of live sound and audio equipment.  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  Comfortable working with musicians, AV vendors, venues, and event teams.  Available for occasional evenings, weekends, and event days.

Compensation:

Based on experience and event requirements.
