Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales & Event Manager to lead the promotion and organization of unforgettable wedding experiences at our beautiful venue. This pivotal role combines sales expertise with event planning prowess, ensuring each couple's vision becomes a stunning reality. As a key ambassador for our venue, you will drive revenue through strategic marketing, upselling, and exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments that leave lasting impressions. Duties Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and increase venue bookings for weddings and special events Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation, ensuring clear communication and positive client experiences Upsell additional services such as catering, decor, entertainment, and accommodations to maximize revenue opportunities Coordinate all aspects of event planning including menu selection, layout design, vendor liaising, and timeline management to deliver seamless events Oversee event marketing campaigns to promote venue offerings via social media, website content, and community outreach efforts Maintain detailed records of contracts, client preferences, budgets, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client needs promptly and professionally throughout the planning process and on event day Requirements Proven experience in sales within hospitality sectors such as restaurants, hotels, or banquet facilities with strong negotiation skills Demonstrated success in event marketing and event planning with a focus on weddings or large gatherings Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneously Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in budgeting, contracts, catering arrangements, and vendor coordination Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service Familiarity with fundraising or guest services is a plus; experience in hospitality or events management is essential Join us in creating magical wedding celebrations by blending your sales expertise with your passion for events!
