Elementary Pod Co-Teacher Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Treehouse Learning Pod is a Montessori-inspired alternative education program focused on academics and connection to nature. The ideal candidate will be flexible, collaborative, positive, ethical, and student-centered. Duties Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects such as language arts, reading, writing, math, science, and social studies Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student support strategies Monitor and assess student progress regularly Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates Incorporate early childhood development insights to promote social-emotional growth Daily yard supervision Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Early Childhood Education units Proven classroom experience working with elementary-aged children Excellent communication skills Passion for mentoring students and fostering a love of learning Pass a background check This position offers a unique and exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while working within a supportive team.
