Reproductive Partners Medical Group/Fertility Centers of Orange County (RPMG/FCOC) is seeking a full time and experienced 3rd Party Manager - RN to oversee all third-party clinical services, including egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy, across our four locations. This full-time role is based mainly in Beverly Hills and will allow the 3rd Party Manager - RN to lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent patient care, and drive compliance and operational excellence across multiple locations (Torrance, Long Beach, and Irvine). Key Responsibilities for 3rd Party Manager -
RN:
Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop Third-Party team members as a 3rd Party Manager - RN, fostering a positive, professional, and growth-oriented environment. Recruit, onboard, and train staff to ensure a strong operational and cultural start. Create and maintain job descriptions, conduct 90-day and annual evaluations, and track key performance indicators. Hold employees accountable through coaching, disciplinary action, and performance improvement plans. Promote staff development, career growth, and continuing education opportunities. Ensure workload balance supports productivity while preventing burnout. Clinical Operations and Program Oversight Oversee daily operations of third-party, donor, and surrogacy programs across allRPMG/FCOC
locations. Develop and maintain workflows aligned with organizational changes and clinical best practices. Facilitate clinical problem-solving for complex patient cases and coach staff on available resources as a 3rd Party Manager - RN. Coordinate operational and administrative initiatives to improve patient experience and program outcomes. Communicate company policies and objectives while providing a voice for team feedback. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Act as FDA Reporting Official, maintain registrations, list new sites, and support inspections (as applicable). Maintain and update FDA SOPs and all third-party documentation. Ensure donor screening, DES approvals, and compliance withFDA 21 CFR
Part 1271. Respond to regulatory inquiries and collaborate with providers, lab directors, and clinical leadership. Maintain vendor relationships and identify cost-effective solutions. Data, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement Collect, track, and analyze clinical and program data to support performance improvements as a 3rd Party Manager - RN. Develop and maintain reporting tools for physician case tracking. Monitor departmental budget, labor spend, and resource utilization in partnership with HR and Accounting. Collaboration and External Partnerships Build relationships with external agencies, attorneys, and mental health professionals. Participate in industry organizations and professional events (e.g., SEEDS, AAARTA, ABA). Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on best practices and strategic initiatives. Culture and Organizational Leadership Promote company vision, mission, and values consistently. Foster an inclusive, accountable, and psychologically safe environment. Lead with integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards as a 3rd Party Manager - RN. Committees and Strategic Initiatives Participate in leadership and program development committees. Support initiatives such as donor recruitment, embryo donation, and other strategic projects as a 3rd Party Manager - RN. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities At least 2 years clinical experience as an RN (OB/GYN or infertility preferred). Minimum 3 years leadership or management experience. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Expertise in IVF cycle coordination, patient education, and working with outside agencies. Knowledge of clinical decision-making, quality management, and reproductive medicine operations. Ability to commute to all 4 locations Minimum Qualifications Licensed RN with 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications 3+ years clinical experience in Reproductive Endocrinology as an RN, including 1 year in third-party reproduction and 1 year in supervisory experience; or 3+ years supervisory experience with a Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing or Health Sciences. Working Conditions Requires working under stressful conditions, irregular hours, and exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids. Requires patience, compassion, and ability to work independently or in a team. Noise level usually moderate; flexibility to adjust to changing patient census.Benefits:
