Full-Time We are a team-oriented investment advisor office looking for an organized and energetic Event Planner & Office Manager. In this dual role, you will keep our daily office operations running smoothly while designing, coordinating, and executing memorable educational dinner events for our clients and their guests.The job will include:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Plan and execute monthly educational dinner events for clients and potential clients. Source venues and negotiate contracts with vendors & caterers. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and oversee on-site event setup, execution, and troubleshooting. Create & send invitations and manage event software.Office Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for daily office operations and general administrative support. As needed, greet guests, answer incoming phone calls, and assist with scheduling. Manage special projects and track workflow for the team. Maintain office inventory & order supplies.Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or office administration.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and digital tools like Adobe, Canva, or Salesforce.Soft Skills:
Exceptional organization, strong multi-tasking abilities, clear communication skills, and a calm, positive attitude under pressure.Requirements:
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week and travel occasionally for major company events.We Offer:
