Position Overview Ignite your passion for event management as an Event Coordinator (Producer Track) at Letz Make. In this hands-on, early-stage role, you will help orchestrate memorable, creative experiences from conception to completion—ensuring seamless execution that exceeds client expectations. We are a small, growing team, and you'll work closely with the founder to build and run events end-to-end. This role blends coordination with producer-level ownership: you'll drive timelines, manage logistics, and support creative execution while steadily taking on more responsibility in client management, concept development, and full-scale production. This is a growth path into an Event Producer role , ideal for someone who is energetic, highly organized, and excited to learn by doing. You'll gain exposure across diverse events—from brand activations and corporate gatherings to community experiences—while contributing to how we operate, scale, and deliver standout guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination & Execution Support end-to-end event production including planning, logistics, and execution Own timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents Ensure all event details are organized, communicated, and executed accurately Assist in bringing creative concepts to life through strong execution Client & Team Support Assist with client communication, updates, and coordination Support presentations, proposals, and event planning materials Coordinate with internal teams and staff to ensure alignment Logistics & Operations Source and organize materials, vendors, and equipment Coordinate staffing, setup, breakdown, and on-site flow Track budgets, expenses, and inventory Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively during events On-Site Event Leadership Support and eventually lead on-site coordination and team management Ensure a high-quality, engaging guest experience Act as a key point of contact during events Startup & Growth Support Help build systems, processes, and ways of working from the ground up Support business development efforts and event execution Bring ideas to improve operations and elevate experiences Take initiative and step in wherever needed — no task is too small in a startup environment
Growth Path:
Coordinator → Producer This role is designed to grow into an Event Producer position .
