In this vibrant role, you will be the heartbeat of member engagement, orchestrating memorable events and fostering strong relationships that elevate our community experience. Your energy, organizational prowess, and passion for hospitality will drive member satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your event planning expertise while contributing to a thriving organization dedicated to creating impactful connections. You will work directly with the F&B Department to assist in planning Member events and ensuring their execution by the F&B Department. You will also work directly with Member group and committee representatives to plan events and formulate budgets. In addition to Member events, you will oversee other Member relations tasks to include, but not limited to, new member onboarding and orientation, new member administration, and overall member relations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of member events, including networking gatherings, educational seminars, and social functions, ensuring seamless logistics and memorable experiences. Manage event budgets meticulously, negotiating contracts with vendors and venues to maximize value while maintaining high standards of quality. Develop innovative event marketing strategies to promote upcoming activities through email campaigns, social media, and other channels, increasing member participation. Foster excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries promptly, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring member & guest satisfaction during all events. Collaborate with internal teams to manage event timelines, oversee catering arrangements, and coordinate guest services for a polished experience. Lead a team of staff or volunteers during events, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in event planning, management software proficiency, and managing event budgets effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and promotional outreach. Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines. Customer service orientation with hospitality industry experience preferred; adept at guest services and catering coordination. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ClubEssential software systems is a plus but not a requirement. Exceptional organizational skills paired with time management expertise to ensure flawless event execution. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative environment. THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY RECOGNIZED AS A SEASONAL OPPORTUNITY, FULL-TIME FROM MID-SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE 1ST, THOUGH THIS MAY EVOLVE. IT IS ALSO CURRENTLY AN HOURLY PAY BASED POSITION, WHICH MAY ALSO EVOLVE TO A SALARIED POSITION. THE CLUB IS CURRENTLY CLOSED ANNUALLY FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF AUGUST FOR DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
