Full-Time | In-Person This Events Assistant role is suited to individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in fast-paced, live environments and want hands-on experience supporting professional sales events and brand activations. We're representing a company that delivers organised promotional events and pop-up activations for established home connectivity and communication services. These events are designed to introduce customers to products such as home internet, TV packages, mobile services, and bundled connectivity solutions through structured, face-to-face engagement. You'll play an active role in supporting the event sales team — helping set up campaigns, engage customers, and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Assisting the event sales team during live promotional events and pop-up activations Supporting the setup, presentation, and breakdown of event spaces Engaging customers and introducing available home internet, TV, and mobile service options Helping explain service features, packages, and promotional offers clearly and accurately Supporting customer sign-ups by following event guidelines and data accuracy requirements Managing customer flow within the event space to maintain a professional experience Working closely with team leaders to support daily sales and engagement targets Providing feedback on customer interest and common questions to support campaign improvements What We're Looking For A confident, positive approach to customer interaction Comfort working in busy, public-facing environments Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliability and availability for full-time, in-person work Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not essential What's On Offer Consistent event-based work across organised campaigns Full event and product training On-site support and team leadership Clear opportunities to progress into senior event or campaign roles Pay & Compensation This role is paid weekly and includes a structured base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Average weekly earnings typically range between $800-$1100, depending on full-time hours, individual performance, and the campaigns worked. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you build confidence and maximise your earning potential over time.
