KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Wizardry :

Coordinate and negotiate all event details, collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms, and tackle upsell opportunities.

Paperwork Power :

Respond to inquiries, book events, whip up contracts and BEOs, and keep everyone in the loop with weekly packets and critical date reminders.

Teamwork Triumphs :

Post schedules, assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage, and organize all files and VIP requests for the crew.

Communication Champs :

Type and distribute all correspondence, handle phones and messages, and keep trace logs updated for the CS/Catering team.

Service Superstar :

Always bring a friendly, attentive attitude, maintain a sharp appearance, follow company standards, and jump in wherever needed!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant hotel or event experience. Proficient in Windows operating systems and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates quick, accurate decision-making and maintains composure under pressure. Skilled at problem-solving and comfortable working with financial information and basic math.
