About 20 hrs/week to start; can grow. Flexible weekday hours + occasional evening/weekend events. You'll coordinate our housekeeper and contractors, manage maintenance schedules and household inventory, prep the house for guests and events, help execute client retreats, and handle local errands and logistics.
Required:
strong organizational track record (hospitality, household management, events, or PA work), impeccable discretion (NDA), valid CA driver's license + reliable vehicle, genuine warmth. $20-30/hrDOE, 1099
