$30.00 - $35.00/hour About the Role Love non-profit work, community building, and event planning? Summerfield Waldorf School and Farm is hiring a warm, highly organized Development Coordinator to support our fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship—including our popular spring Farm to Feast event.Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Events:
Help plan and run our Annual Giving Campaign and spring events, including volunteer coordination and logistics.Donor Communication:
manage outreach and communications with donors.Collaboration :
Work closely with the School Director, Development Committee, Board, and volunteers to coordinate fundraising efforts.Creative Design:
Use Canva/graphic design tools to create flyers, social graphics, and campaign emails.Data & Admin:
Maintain accurate donor records, track pledges, and update databases. What We're Looking For Experience in fundraising, non-profits, event planning, or communications preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.Tech/Design savvy:
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and basic graphic design tools (Canva). Detail-oriented and able to manage event logistics (ability to lift up to 45 lbs. for event setup).
